Kzn Housing ( We hosted this 3 day Team development programme at Everglades Hotel for Simmi Naicker and her team.) Activities from Mountain hiking,Quadbiking ,Orienteering and Drumming were just some of those outdoor challenges this team participated in. We also spent time understanding the motivational aspects associated with personal leadership and the characteristics associated with developing teamwork synergy.
